    I've never owned anything other than Dodge/GM & I thought i'd try something different this time around. I was originally buying a used BMW from another dealership in New York, but that deal fell through. I was shown another BMW (via auction) which MIch's acquired and I tracked it to their dealership. So one day I skipped out on work and flew out to them. Cris personally picked me up from the Charlotte Douglas airport even offered to buy me lunch, but I didn't have time (flight schedule) and I saw for myself it's a true family business that really knows how to take care of their cars the right way & they treated me better than any dealer has in my life, they were just awesome. We test drove the car got paperwork done it was actually painless&easy. When we were done Cris even drove me back to the airport (it's a long drive from there, he really went out of his way for me). He helped me get the shipping arrangements, even gave me a break on price & made sure they got to me when I was available back at home, my work schedule is very demanding. So what I ended up with is this awesome beautiful car (W/ extended warranty) that I love driving & my friends are very jealous. I would like to thank Cris & his Family for everything they do. If only every used car dealership was like them the world's used car problems would be over.

    I have lived near them for 15 years and have always admired their cars, but I never thought they took trad-in's, let alone a car that was only a-year-old. So I stopped in one day to ask if he took Trade in's, and after hearing the answer we started looking at cars on the lot. The next thing I knew I traded in my 2013 Camry for an E 350. We had originally planned on purchasing a C class but Mitch's was able to give us much more car for the same price that many dealers were asking for a lesser vehicle. So without even thinking twice we purchased a car from him and at no point did I ever feel pressured. They were very helpful with financingas well.     Car buying made simple! Family owned and friendly! Highly recommend Mich's over the high pressure big box dealers in the Triad. No pressure, no exasperating phone calls or emails, no disingenuous promises or sales manager song & dance, I knew the make/model of car I was looking for, made an offer and done. (even received a fair market value for my trade). Title work & fees were simple, cheap and painless. If you are in the market for a high quality used European sedan, I highly recommend taking the short drive to Hickory NC and meeting with Cris. If they don't have it on the lot, they're locate it for you! My teenage son will be in the market soon and we'll head to Mich's for another no pressure, family friendly car deal!

    When i start to tell people about my experience with Michsforeigncars in Hickory, N.C., they can hardly believe it....probably because they have never been treated so royally by a car dealership. What made me drive 2-1/2 hours to Hickory from Waynesville was how Cris took the time to explain to me why they do not stock the Mercedes model that I was interested in because it had a drive train problem....all the other dealerships that had this model in their inventory were ready to sell me that vehicle..... These people go beyond the call of duty in every sense of the word.....and I can personally attest to it....when I read all these other favorable views, it doesn't surprise me. The quality of customer service places Michs Foreign Cars at the top of the list when it comes to car dealerships. You can trust them. Now whoever writes that about a dealership? Even my stepson who is a master BMW mechanic and has sold cars and knows all the ins and outs of used car dealers was astounded with the TLC I received from Michsforeigncars and he is now telling others about them. Though I was looking for a Mercedes, I understand that Michs stocks domestic cars as well....therefore, it doesn't matter how far away you live, or what you are looking for....go to Michsforeigncars FIRST....you will not be disappointed.....their service is exemplary....and when you get there, tell them Nancy sent you.....I"m a walking advertisement for them now.     Am a proud owner of a new 335i BMW that i just purchased last Friday from Michs foreign cars!!! Sure you can buy a car from anywhere. But if you truly want not only the best car buying experience, with the most helpful and knowledgable staff, this dealership is where you need to go! As soon as you walk in the vibe is welcoming, friendly and non rushed. They got me the exact car I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. The sales department cared more about putting me in my car than the actual sale. To me that speaks volume! They went above and beyond for me to get everything the way I wanted it and put me at ease with any and all questions/concerns i had. I've bought cars in Orlando, Tampa and Los Angeles and I have to say bar none Michs foreign cars was the best experience buying a car I have ever had. I traveled from out of state to get it from their dealership because they had the car I wanted and they accommodated me and went over and beyond to service me. They were very quick with my paper work and because this was my first time buying a car from a dealership, they took their time to explain to me the process and looked after my own interest.     Was just looking at cars on lot out of curiosity when Vance Hardin spoke of 750li he had just gotten in but yet to be serviced by Mich's. Saw the car upfront before they serviced it and my interest was piqued, I thought not too bad. After it was cleaned up, it looked and ran as well as new even though it had 60k plus miles on it. Vance, Chris and Melissa were all so helpful and knew more than I could have hoped for, not only on the 750 but about all the vehicles on their property for sale. This was the easiest automobile experience I have ever had from the trade-in, to the financing and all around sale. Kudos to all at Mich's and if I could give 10's I would. Go to their dealership and see what they can do for you.

    Went shopping for a used car with nothing specific in mind. Wanted a nice car in a payment range I could afford. I had a hard time finding a place that would take the time to deal with me because of credit issues from years ago when I lost my job. Some places were telling me I am high risk and I have a very low credit score so I would have a VERY high interest rate. I figured it wasn't going to cost anything to look, so I stopped in at Mich's. Their selection always seems to be the cream of the crop and everyone always talks about how they have the nicest cars around. Well, with little expectations of buying, I stumbled in here late one evening; to my surprise they were still there so I started inquiring about some cars. Not really knowing what my credit looked like, Vance offered to check. Much to my surprise, my credit score was good enough to qualify for a 4.5% interest rate! I test drove a few cars that were in my price range and settled on a very low mileage Mercedes E class. I was literally blown away; I was expecting to get something like a Chevy Trailblazer or Malibu and pay 29% interest because I was told by other dealers that my credit was bad, but instead got a 40k mile Mercedes E320 for less than $16k at 4.5% interest. Needless to say, I am beyond excited with my car and I've referred everyone I know looking for a car. If only you could see the looks on the salespeople's faces (the ones that told me I had bad credit) when they see me cruising through their lots in my Benz - PRICELESS!!!

    I bought a CLS after searching for a few weeks. I shopped around at a lot of dealers and was really worried about buying something on my own. Everywhere I went just wanted to do business NOW and I just wasn't ready to make such a big step without more consideration. After being referred by a client, I decided to go and view some cars at the Mich's. There was literally no pressure and I felt like it was more than just a typical car buying experience. Chris offered to help me find the car that fit my needs and went on to show me what to look for when buying a car; he even offered to do a free pre-purchase inspection on anything I was looking at from other dealers. He showed me how I can tell if a car has been in an accident even if the history was clean. With the little that he showed me, I was able to avoid making some costly mistakes when shopping for a car. The cars with the lowest prices always seemed to have something wrong with them and it seemed that people were telling me what they thought I wanted to hear even though at this point I knew what to look for. After all the aggravation, I went back to Mich's and found a CLS I am happy to call my own! The car is absolutely beautiful and the experience was fantastic. I wasn't taken advantage of because I'm not a car person. Chris showed me what to look for and addressed my concerns. He took care of my financing and got me a much better rate than I was able to get on my own. I highly recommend Mich's and look forward to doing more business in the future!

    I normally don't leave reviews, however this was such an outstanding experience that I felt compelled. First off, I have been searching for a very specific car due to my previous car being totaled. They happen to have exactly what I wanted. The price was very fair and Cris even helped me negotiate with my insurance company to get me the fair value for my car which was totaled (who does that??? and this was before I even committed to buying a car). We were referred by many different friends and family that have all had nothing but praises for Mich's. The transaction was super easy. Overall I loved the experience and I felt like I was just hanging out with old friends. The car was better than I ever expected, and although I don't see myself needing another car anytime soon, I look forward to just stopping in and saying hi to my new friends!

    Over the last 12 years I have purchased three vehicles from Mich's Foreign Cars and they are with out a doubt my first choice when it comes to buying foreign cars. Ie been a proud owner of a Z3, M3 and presently a BMW 540i and couldn have been more satisfied. All cars that I purchased were excellent vehicles with no deferred maintenance or for the months following. The staff is extremely pleasant and polite. The vehicles on there website have been accurate as described and I plan to do business with them in the near future. I live in Tampa FL, an area inundated with BMWs and Mercedes and it worth the day drive to Hickory and back over trying to bargain with any dealership over an already too high ock bottomprice and then back it up with quality. My number one goal is peace of mind after a purchase and Mich help me attain that goal. I am happy to have gained this rapport with them. I plan on trading up my current vehicle for a custom requested car and look forward to more years of good driving experience.

    I have bought five cars from Mich's over the years and they are my go to dealership any time I am in the market. They were able to get me very low interest rates on financing when I needed it.     I contacted the sales office in reference to an S550 Mercedes-Benz 2008 that they had just gotten on the lot. It was advertised as a very low mileage and in exceptional condition. After speaking to the office I made a trip from Winston-Salem North Carolina to review this automobile in person. I was extremely impressed with the car how clean it was and all of the details of the car were available at the dealer. They were extremely helpful at the dealership explaining where the car came from the history of the automobile along with a complete Carfax. The price that they were asking for the automobile was an exceptionally good price and competitive. They were kind enough to even drop it from what they were asking for by a few thousand dollars. The entire transition went very smooth and they were extremely professional in the way they handle the sales transaction. I would highly recommend this dealer if you're looking for an exceptionally clean Mercedes, they have them and if not they will find one for you.

    I have purchased 3 vehicles from Mich's Foreign Cars, 2 for myself and one for my daughter. I have been more than pleased with this family owned business. I also take my vehicles back there for service and repairs. THEY WILL STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL !! They do not forget you after the sale !! I recently called to inquire where to buy a BMW Vanity Plate and Chris had a used one and he said "come on by and pick it up" of course, he did not charge me for it. I would either had to drive 75 miles to purchase one, or order one online and it would be delivered in 3-5 days. Don't go anywhere else and buy until you check the inventory and prices these folks have, you will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle.

    Extremely pleasant experience from the time they said how are you today and what are you looking for. They occupied our kids by kidding and talking with them while we made our decision. The kids felt like they were part of the decision before it was all over. They actually did more for us than they promised. Had a very minor mechanical issue a few weeks after we bought the car. Took it to them and they stood behind their product 100%. Even serviced the car because they wanted to make sure it was up to date, then washed it for us and delivered the car to us at home. We dropped the car off on Sunday afternoon and they had it back to us on Monday evening. Sweet warranty program not available to all dealerships. Great cars at almost unheard of prices. I am a customer for life. It would be nice if more businesses operated the way Mich's does. The world would be a better place if they did. There's not really enough nice things to say about this business or the people that own it and work there.
